I'll admit that I know dick about palettes(I can't even make one lawl)but I don't think this is supposed to happen.


Yeah, I read the other topic but I use Paint Shop Pro instead of Photoshop so it didn't help much.  If need be I'll just go grab Photoshop, but something's amiss here with these ports I made.  I just know there's something REALLY basic I'm missing.

Most people will tell you that the transparent color in the palette needs to be on the bottom right corner of the palette viewer.  In PSP the opposite is true...
