Alt SFF for NES Megaman

Well I was browsing Sprites Inc one night and found complete rips of Megaman without his helmet from 9, so I decided to make an alt SFF for Thomas Hsieh's Megaman. Includes an alt .def file if, for some reason, you want both versions on your select screen at the same time.
