UHMEEEEBA

A bit early for a sequel isn't it?

Set in the southern United States (Yes this includes New Orleans for a mission apparently) this time with four new guys with more focus on co-op and melee weapons.

Tyrannosaurus Reich

they really should consider a sub-plot involving voodoo since it takes place in louisiana

Jesuszilla

BULLETS.

VOODOO.

Jokes aside, it looks freakin' sweet.

One would wonder if L4D2 would be actually a prequel and that Scout-ish guy would turn out to be this guy from the first game. Maybe it's best to not think too deep about that. Okay disregard that.

Also, you know, L4D was made by the same people responsible for Counter-Strike, that was extreemely notorious for it's rabid fanbase. That shows a LOT.

UHMEEEEBA

I remember reading this is actually set five years after the first The None.

Anjel

The black guy's pose reminds me of Heavy's.
White suit guy looks like the sniper. :pimpguin:

There's already a protest group on Steam Community.  Wow.

Fusion

Well, this group believes that L4D2 came out way too soon, and that the new features are too minimal for a fully-fledged sequel.  That's among the complaints that it's too bright for a gloomy zombie title.

Insanius

Sounds like the same butthurt group that disliked Diablo 3's palette.

UHMEEEEBA

Theres also the whole fact DLC was promised for L4D1 that doesn't seem to be coming out anymore.

I'm not much of a fanboy, but these protesters should really watch out what they are doing. Valve are one of few companies who still gives a shit about PC gaming, and the whine of such butthurt group would have potentially devastating consenquences. Like how Valve would have been forced to go CryBabyTek/Epic and pretty much demonize the entire PC gaming community as worthless fucks not worth any attention.
