[Mugen 1.0 stage] Country Enforcers by Cybaster

Hi everybody,

Here's the first stage of a series of stages for Mugen 1.0, in 1280*720 resolution, for even more awesomeness. :D
This one is a tribute to old westerns, with shooters and screen damage, as in old movie times ! All credits in the DEF file.

What has been updated :
- Available in 2 versions : Cinema and light. Light is basically the same as before, but with black bars added for compatibility with 4:3 resolutions.
- Cinema version features :
   + Black bars for 4:3 compatibility and movie effect.
   + Sepia filter, old movie style.
   + A movie countdown introduction.
   + Screen shaking at the beginning.
   + The cue mark.
   + Ennio Morricone theme : The Wild Horde.

Note that in 4:3 resolutions (640*480, 320*240), the black border bars are coded with layerno=0, to avoid hiding some lifebars and chars' bars. If you absolutely want the bars to be in front of everything, scroll to the very bottom of the DEF file, and uncomment the two "layerno=1" lines. ;)
