If you change the privacy settings on a video (i.e. private to public) it takes quite awhile to take effect.

Had it happen to me the other day with a music upload, and a Karin video and today with another music upload.

Unrelated Edit: Heh one of the hidden tracks uses the sound effect that plays when you select your name in Earthbound and part of the main theme from Chrono Trigger.
