Halloween was shit for me. I typed up a detailed listing of it, but the server died, so here's the summary:

PROS:
------
- A girl dressed up as Wolverine was walking around.

CONS:
------
- She was crying loudly because her boyfriend was yelling at her.
- All the bars/malls were closed early
- Couldn't get into town because of a Rocky Horror Picture Show screening

Long Story short, this was me:

Mine sucked too

PROS:
- Guy was dressed as Hazama, complete with Ouroboros.
- Ryu and Ken cosplay
- Faust cosplay
- Got to use Zero in TvC.
- Played the very first Melty Blood.
- They gave out prizes because there were too few tournaments

CONS:
- No SSFIV or BB at the LAN party.
- SCIV, Brawl, and Halo on 2 screens each. Halo I can understand but fucking Soul Calibur IV and Brawl?
- Not as many people there.
- Less tournaments. There was only Halo Reach (in Classic Slayer, seriously WHY), SCIV, Mario Kart and Brawl. Not even fucking Quake or Modern Warfare was played.
- TF2 says it needs to be installed (it IS installed already!) and it won't download. Deleting .blob didn't work.

This isn't going to really fix the problem, but try using a different web browser, doubt it'll do much but it can't hurt to try it.

What browser are you currently using? Is it Youtube that specifically causes the crash and restart or has it happened on other sites?

EDIT: Oh yeah maybe keep your Task Manager open while browsing Youtube and see if any specific program spikes in activity. Might be along shot, but it may help in discovering whats kicking your compiter into restarting.

Have you tried formatting? Because it sounds to me like WINDOWS is fucking up.

For that matter, which version of Windows do you use? It may be time for a new motherboard, main hard drive, and OS.
