Issues on 1.0

Hi. Recently trying 1.0.
I have problems inputing chain commands with most of Vans's Chars.
For example with his Iori, is imposible to chain lk -> F lp+lp into anything.
Or Terry's Hp in to DF Hp.
Also Close Standing normals in to supers or hypers are very hard to pull.

I think it might be command buffering, or inconsistency in the 1.0 code like hitpauses or pausetime, i have no idea how to fix them. I'm a little lost, can someone give a hint of how to fix this?
