Char bugs on portrait change

Hello. I'm trying to change the big portrait of Kyo-XI by jin using Fighter Factory. After the change, every basic command stop working (weak punch, strong kick...). I've tryed every kyoXI available and the same bug happens. Is there any way to solve it?
