3 of Sunboy's KOF chars got minor fixes, 1 stage updated.

Vanessa, Mature, and Angel by Sunboy all got a bug fix today in their tech hit handling. Now they won't cause an anim error in a majority of characters. Also expanded it a bit to cover japanese teching standards, including Warusaki's.

Vanessa got her XI portrait to for Vans's lifebars, ripped courtesy of NeoGouki. Yes I'm pimping them. Yes, they're that good. Yes, go.

Crystaline Lake by me was updated today also: per Renzo's suggestion, I increased the delta on the crystals. It worked out a lot better at giving depth.
