creating a mugen character

 I have fighter factory, and found some videos there on how to use it and make your own character. But those videos only show how to take other people's sprites and then create a palette, and some new moves with someone else's character. But I want to create my VERY own character. Everything my work. Make my own sprites and everything, not rip off other people's stuff, and change the pallets, and moves. Could someone show me how to do this?

Okay, you know what, screw it. I'm not the guy who should be making characters. i'll leave that to the pros.
