I believe Capcom theirselves have already confirmed they're going to have -a- character in Brawl.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was either Zero, or one of the Megaman ZX charas.

Watch Capcom put in Starforce MegaMan just to piss everyone off.

And that was a rumor Fox by some reporter it might not be true. Said rumor stated a RockMan Wii project was already in production, Capcom execs later confirmed it would be done, but have no ideas on what yet, in other words still being planned. From this we can probably conclude the reporter was full of shit.

At the very least Coro Coro will probably give a starting roster, which is still pretty good, seeing how we have yet to hear of Falcon and Sheik.
