Taunt video I mentioned earlier, lol at Mario's death animation from Donkey Kong being a taunt and all of Luigi's especially the third one. Pity they didn't do more with Snake, guess the codec vids make up for it.

Well to be honest it looks like the only franchise specific enemies are the Mario ones, everything else seems to be new.

But yeah, it's pretty stupid I'll agree with you, at least Klaptrap still shows up in Jungle Japes to kill TMF.

Also, as expected Panther, Peppy and Slippy also show in Fox/Falco/Wolf's convos. The other two characters can show up in the character that activated it too i.e. Wolf and Falco showing up if Fox uses it.

Interesting choice of locale when it comes to Port Town.

Captain Falcon's home town gets some representation, though sadly the track looks like it was taken straight from F-Zero GX.  That's not a problem with me, because F-Zero GX looked damn beautiful for it's time.

Chances are I'll get to play this on Saturday thanks to an importer friend who will be in the area over the weekend.

The match up is likely to be the following: Importer V. Me V. TMF V. Someone you don't know about and as such has no nickname at this point in time.

(Team matches are unlikely, TMF is known for being a bad teammate [he will bomb his own teammate if he/she steals his KO or prevents him from recovering])

(Depending on the whims of the last player, items may or may not be on)

I hope at least one match ends up being at Jungle Japes for obvious reasons.
