Sonic Classics Collection is pretty much an emulated collection of games.  Emulated on the level of Rockman Complete Works.

The latter three Rockman Complete Works games had special features added though so those weren't true emulation.

Splash Hill Zone Act 1 music, bunch of screenshots, and the 2nd Featured character is...  Dr. Eggman.  Oh and the forum voted for Music which didn't influence this update at all says RubyEclipse.

Oh and someone found Sonic's full speed running graphic in the site files.  Everybody's calling it the peel-out from Sonic CD.
