ITT: Sonic Games

I don't have internet, so I'm taking my external HDD to a friend so I can take it.

I like it so far. Just finished the first boss.

I only have a few complaints with the game.

- This asshole modern sonic keeps wanting to go left when I'm not pressing anything for some reason.
- When the game switches between 3d and 2d sections you can get stuck on a plane you're not supposed to be on if you were going too fast.
- What the fuck am I supposed to do on the final boss it doesn't make any sense.

Yeah the last boss really sucked. You need to just keep dodging his attack and keep boosting, you will eventually get to him and kill him, it takes a while...

It certainly didn't help the game felt the absolute need that you needed to know that was in fact a homing shot.

For those that care about the 3DS version of Generations the stage and boss list was supposedly leaked earlier today,

Boss: Egg Emperor (Sonic Heroes)

Kind of disappointing the sole representative of handheld Sonics in either Generations is Sonic Rush.[/spoiler]

While Sonic Advance 2 did have some... problems, Generations made Crisis City not suck so hey anythings possible.

SEGA dropped a hint that they'll announce something about Sonic 4 Episode II December 29th.

I was beginning to think they forgot about it.

Sonic 4 Episode II officially announced.

Metal Sonic and Tails are in it and SEGA claims to have listened to Sonic 4 Episode 1 feedback and have totally overhauled the physics engines and the graphics. Sonic 4 Episode 2 will be out in 2012 on basically everything but the Wii.

Hah, that's SEGA's way of saying that that piece of hardware is pointless.

It probably has more to do with the fact that all Wii Ware games still have that 40 MB size limit. Heck some companies have flat out cancelled games because of it, Super Meat Boy comes to mind.

If they could release it on the Wii I'm sure they would.
