Title: can someone help find a certain announcer for mugen please

Hey I want to know if someone can give me the announcer for mugen that says "Welcome back to the stage of history' before each match. I don't know where to find that announcer. Or can someone give me a link to get that announcer. Thanks alot.

You would do well to make your topic title more specific, otherwise people will just glance over your topic or delete it.

And no, I don't know where to find it.  Someone else might if you are patient.

Fun fact: Vans is the one who ripped it for him (DJ-VAN ruined it by adding that stupid WHOOOOOOSSSSHHHHHH thing though).
