MvC2 Ryu Updated to 1.2

Ryu makes his debut in mvc2 style. Yes there are several Ryus.
However this one is the only one in mvc2 style.Untill REDHOT's anyway.
Also this Ryu comes with his obligitory evil mode, although its not a akuma
clone fully.

Also he doesnt have a 12th pallette. you can make one if you wish, however the start+pallettes are his evil mode while pallttes 1-6 are the normal ones.
