M.U.G.E.N 1 RC5 Issues with Drex Hi-Res stages

As many may know or not, Electrobyte is back. So there have been updates to the M.U.G.E.N engine so far. It seems that Drex's Cvs2 London Day, Evening, and Night stage HI-Res does not work. The stages seem to split in half when the characters move. When the mp3 plays for the Evening one, it shuts the M.U.G.E.N down. lol Is there a low-res version of these available???

Why would you want a low-res version if you're using mugen 1.0?

The Hi-Res versions do not work and for the evening version of London, the BGM seems not to want to play. I can change out the music and it'll still mess up. So I wanted to know if there were low res available.
