[HR] Crowded Downtown (SF4)

Maybe you remember the old HD stage I had released for Mugen 1.0 a year ago or something. People asked for a HR version, and I said I'd release it once I get to updating it with more animations and stuff.
Unfortunately, I lost all the image data on a HDD crash a few months ago, and I really don't have any motivation to continue on this stage.

So here it is, Crowded Downtown HR, which merely is a rescale of the old HD stage. :)
