Tourette's Guy SND for Reiko and other stuff

Yeah I know Jesuszilla already saw the release topic on Guild, but what the hell.

The long awaited voicepack for Reiko is here! The reason why it took so long was because I wanted to make sure Kamek wasn't going to update Reiko AGAIN and because I wanted to incorporate more memorable quotes.

In addition, in the spirit of "I can do NES stages better than Ash," I've made my own versions of Toad and Donkey Kong Jr's stages from Kart Fighter, as shown here:

Uploaded fix. One of the two mirror sounds has been changed from "You're a faggot" to "PIIIIIISS." The Turns mode intro now has him say something about throwing his shoe (I forgot the exact quote).

ALSO added a stage



Mario and Luigi's stage from Kart Fighter. And with that, I can now officially say that I've converted all the Kart Fighter stages over to Mugen.
