I thought this list was lame and typical until I got to #1 which not only saved the list but is oh so true. #2 is a notable mention but you know technically isn't a character...

Also, there is no reason Daxter should be placed higher than Navi because there's a VERY easy solution to get rid of him: Stop playing shitty games.

At least F-Zero GX AI can't spawn weapons that are EXACTLY what they happen to need at that exact point in the race to hit the human player. That is more annoying than acceleration hacking if you ask me.
