Hindsight is a cruel mistress.

On a side note, Sonic 4's out and apparently the game has no concept of momentum and has other physics issues such as not being able to spin dash through a shuttle loop but being able to walk up it. Given this is the Sonic franchise these complaints are probably being blown out of proportion and it's still a good game... maybe.

Sega, just give us less Sonic games per year and focus on making the games you do give us better.

As I've stated before Sega pretty much always makes some money on Sonic games why make one great game when you can make four mediocre ones for quadruple the profit?

I played Sonic 4 today. It was actually pretty good in my opinion.

I'll try the demo, but I'm not expecting the next coming of Jesus Christ. Why did they have to add the damn homing attack? It's not what made or broke the past games.

The physics are a bit wonky but there's another thing that I kinda dislike the game for. It feels like one enormous Sonic 2 rehash. Even the final boss is just the Sonic 2 final boss with a pinch mode. ::)

Besides that it's still a good game imo.

DMK: Once you play the game you'll barely notice that you're using the homing attack, really. I use it all the time and I never really notice.

That's the second or third time they've made that sort of mistake though.


Homing attack doesn't sound like a problem to me at all so whatever.

The game is pretty damn good.

Most fun I've ever had with a Sonic game since... god knows.

It's fun and does remind me of what I liked from Sonics past, but I'll wait for a dotw and pick it up then.
