After digging around, I found something made by 2ch that takes Rockman 7 and redoes it into a game styled like Rockman 1-6.  Everything gets all 8-bitted.  Not many, if any, used-from-official-material sprites.  A lot of this stuff is custom, they even redid the Rush Jet armor.
